How Do I Place An Order?
We accept wholesale requests and orders by email @ moemountainhotsauce@gmail.com or by phone.

You can also order bottles online directly from us.

Payment & Shipping
WHOLESALE: Wholesale deliveries are delivered in person in North New Jersey and New York. (Order minimum depends on your location). For other areas, we use USPS or other preferred couriers. More information about shipping and delivery, please email moemountainhotsauce@gmail.com
RETAIL: We accept retail purchases online through our shop. Shipping & handling information is outlined in our shop.

All personal information will be kept confidential at all times.

Returns
If your product was damaged during shipping, you have 10 days to report the damage and return the order at which time, you will receive a replacement of your order. If the damage was caused by an act of nature ie. the package was left unattended outside for too long- we will not replace the damaged product(s).
